Received March 12, 11.15 p.m. Sydney, March 12. The Conningham divorce case was continued to-day. Tho cross-examination of Conningham by Mr Jack Want, lasted for a great part of tho day. At the conclusion of tho examination, iu reply to Mr Want’s statement, that he would show to tho judge and jury that this was a conspiracy, petitioner said that the lottors alleged to have passed between him and respondent since the last trial, and which had beon put in as ovidenco, were forgeries. He would, ho said, prove forgery, perjury, seduction and very nearly murder. Tho petitioner called the respondent, whoso examination was not finished when tho court adjourned.
