ABSENT WITHOUT LEAVE.

CHARGE AGAINST IMPERIAL SOLDIERS. Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Adelaide, March 10. Three Imperial soldiers were charged with absenting themselves from their regiments without leave. The police who prosecuted on the behalf of Colonel Wyndhara, asked for a remand, pending instructions from the Imperial authorities. Mr Solo, who appeared for the defence, claimed that they now could only be dealt with by court-martial. The Magistrate upheld the contention, and discharged them.
