HARBOR BOARD.
THE EXTRAORDINARY VACANCY. The following nominations wcro received on Saturday for the two borough vacancies on the Harbor Board : Frank Harris, proposed by R. Johnston, seconded by W. Webb. Edward Pattriclcs Joyce, proposed by J. Maynard, seconded by G. Primrose. William Pcttie, proposed by W. J. Hennessey, seconded by W. Morgan. Henry Tucker, proposed by J. Townloy, seconded by J. E. Whitby. James Whinray, proposed by W. Morgan, seconded by J. E. Whitby. The poll will bo taken in MFcarlano's Hall on Thursday, 21st inst.
