WESLEYAN CONFERENCE.
SECOND DRAFT OF STATIONS

In the second draft of stations the Stationing Committee of the Wesloyan Conference has adopted the following alterations to the first draft: —Mount Albert, Auckland, Rev. T. E. Thomas; Upper Thames, Rev. C. Abernethy ; Northern Wairoa, Rev. T. N. Griffin; Tauranga, Rev. W. G. Thomas; Rangitikei, llev W. Kerll; Palmerston North. Revs. S. Lawry and T. W. Newbould; Gisborne, Rev. B. F. F. Bothwell; Dannevirke, Rev. G. S. Cook; Pahiatua, Rev. J. W. Worboys; Richmond, Rev. T. G. Carr; Blenheim, Rev. G. W. J. Spence; Kaiapoi and Belfast, Rev. C. Porter; B.alclutha, Rev. A. C. Lawry; Riverton, Rev. F. W. Boyes ; Roxburgh, Rev. L. J. Ryan; Cromwell, Rev. W. Rawson. It was announced that the Triennial General Conference will be held at Brisbane on May 17th. The Rev. Dr, Morley was re-appointed General Secretary. Votes of thanks were passed to Mr A. C. Caughey for the parsonage site at Mount Albert, and Mr H. Smith for land at Oamaru.
The Wesleyan Conference devoted some time to the consideration of a number of recommendations to the triennial General Conference with reference to some proposed alterations in the laws and regulations of the Church, the majority of which were adopted, For the General Conference, to meet in Brisbane in May next, the following are ex-officio members: — Mr C. H. Garland, President; Rev. D. J. Murray, Secretary ; Rev. J. Lee and Mr Wm. Harris, Treasurer of the Children’s Fund. The following were also elected by ballot: Revs. Dr. Morley, H. Bull, P. A. Fairclough, J. S. Smalley, H. R. Dewsbury, J. J. Lewis, W. Baumber, George Bond, J. Orchard, and J. H. Simmonds, also Messrs Blackwell, Roover, Caughey, Thomas Allen, G. J. Smith, Harding, Prudhoe, Corkhill, Benbow, F. Buddie, J. Manchester, and F. L. Prime.
