WESLEYAN CONFERENCE.

(By Telegraph—Press Association). Wellington, last night. The Wesleyan Conference and Stationing Committee met this morning to prepare the second draft of the stations. After some three hours liad been spent in preparing the draft, it was submitted to the Conference, when a number of amendments were proposed, involving several changes in the stations. These were referred back to the Stationing Committee for its consideration. The following resolutions of the comTuittee referring to Church Building and Loan Fund wore carried :—“ That it is not desirable to divide Church Building and Loan Fund or abolish the Central Committee by which the same is managed.” “ That any change in the location of the Committee is unnecessary and undesirable.”

The Rev. Morley then presented the report and balance-sheet of the Church Building and Loan Fund, both of which were adopted. ' It. was resolved that the thanks of the Conference be presented to the Secretary and Treasurer for their services, and that they be re-appointed. Regarding the rules and regulations of the Church Building and Loan Fund, the following alteration was made, *• That superintendent ministers be instructed and urge the trustee to contribute to the fund in proportion to tho number of the congregation. Rev. W. J. Williams (Auckland) and Mr W. Shepherd Allen (Thames) were appointed to represent the Conference at the British Wesleyan Conference.
