The steamer Oplrh has been beautifully l'e-decorated and re-furnished. The Duke and Duchess of York have visited her, and expressed delight at the comploto transformations.
Sir Arthur Bigge accompanies the Yorks in a secretarial capacity. Sydney, Feb. 22.
Probably Canada and New Zealand will be asked to send between them about one thousand troops to tlio opening of t-lie Federal Parliament.
