Tho Pacific Cable Board meets on Monday to consider whether it is desirable to negotiate with the Eastern Extension Company, and whether the Board should take action in face of certain colonies' arrangement with the Eastern Extension Company; also to decide what constitutes an all-British cable across America. It is understood that Victoria seeks the Board’s approval of her giving the Eastern Extension Company similar concessions as tho other colonies have given.
