Harbor Board Election.

NELSON’S FIBST BOABD. By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, last night.

The election of the first Harbor Board for Nelson took place to-day, There were thirteen candidates for the City, and the following three have been elected: : Messrs Finney, Trask, and 0. W. Hanley. For Motueka Borough there were two candidates, and Mr B. Hursthouso was eleoted. M? Q. Talbot was elected unopposed for Bichmond Borough, and there were nine candidates for Waimea County, which returns two members, but the result of the County voting cannot be known until the morning.
