London, Peb. 8. Wheat: The Maranda’s cargo of Yietorian wheat sold for 30s 4|d. : Wool sales: Merinos are firm in price, but scoured crossbreds are weak and have been largely withdrawn. The One-pah clip sold for 7|d. Kauri is dull of. sale; 1093 eases were offered and 900 soldr Prices are unchanged. The quantity in stock is 2026 cases. Received Feb. 9, 8.59 p.m. London, Feb. 9. Wool is brisk of sale, but prices are unchanged. [The briskness of sale, judged by the .previous cablegram, would seem only to apply to merinos, in which this district has little direct interest.] CLOSE OF THE WOOL SALES. AVERAGE PRICES MAINTAINED.
