The Dog Nuisance.
To the Editor of the Times
Sin, —“ When I ope’ my mouth let no dog bark.” It seems strange that one of our genus (see Collins’ Globe Dictionary) should have opened its mouth and let its tongue — i.e., pen—splutter relative to himself and others of a kindred nature. Of course as to the of a “Kuri” no one can be certain, but mongrels of this stamp in whatever shape they may appear are undesirable. Of [course there are dogs and dogs, and although the latter may feel happy in the possession of a 'Collar, still it is difficult to discover as to which is the greater nuisance —the dog proper or the persons who nde bicycles.—I am, etc.,
Smakler.
