BY Order-in-Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Governor in Council on the 12th day of December last, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the respective duties by way of income tax leviable under the said Act should be paid in one sum on TUESDAY, ths 29th day of January, 1901, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order-in-Council, I hereby give notice that the said duties will be payable accordingly.
