REPAIR OF LEAKS

FURTHER WORK ON SHIP (P.A.) , WELLINGTON, May 27. The Wanganclla was not removed yesterday from the floating deck. After submerging the dock to a dep.h of 18 feet, investigations revealed some minor leaks, which it was decided to remedv before moving the ship. Captain D. E. Eadie. marine superintendent of the Huddart Parker. Limited. stated that while it wouid have been quite possible to move the Wanganclla yesterday it had been considered advisable to leave it until to day to ensure that no' further work would be necessary on arrival at C.ydc Quay Wharf.
