WORLD FUND LOANS
FRANCE AND NETHERLANDS (9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, May 22. The managing director of the World Monetary Fund, Mr. C. Gutt, announced grants of currency stabilisation funds amounting to 25,000,000 dollars to France and 12,000,000 dollars to the Netherlands. ~ . , . The grants, which are the first the fund has rpade, are in exchange foi equivalent amounts of francs and guilders. . , „ The World Bank granted France a 250,000,000-dollar loan on May 9.
