FATAL BULLET WOUND
YOUNG MAN FOUND IN CAR (T.A.) HASTINGS. May 23. Pplice investigations are being made into the death of a young man . found in a car in Hastings last evening with a severe bullet wound in the head. He died shortly after his admission to hospital. He was Mr James Carswell, aged about 30. and is supposed to have come from Dannevirke. A repeating r:fie was found near the body inside the car. No one heard a shot fired.
