“QUINTS’” DOCTOR

DEATH IN ONTARIO NEW YORK. June 2. The death has occurred of Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe, the former physician to the Dionne quintuplets at North Bay, Ontario. Dr. IJafoe succumbed to pneumonia five minutes after entering the hospital at North Bay, Ontario. The -quintuplets were deeply moved nt the news of Iris death. Dr. Dafoe, who gained world-wide fame by delivering the girls nine years ago, resigned as the Dionne’s physician in February, 1942, because of friction with their parents. He was disappointed that the girls were never taught to speak English fluently.
