PETROL CATCHES FIRE
CITY AREAS ENDANGERED (9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 13. Four storage tanks which caught fire in Fredericksburg, Virginia, ignited several hundred thousand gallons of petrol, and endangered large sections of this historic city, whose water supply was cut off owing to floods in the river.
