GREATEST IN HISTORY (11 a.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 19. The United States in 1943 will turn out, a greater navy than any nation ever possessed, the Secretary of the Navy, Colonel F. Knox, told an audience at Manchester, New Hampshire. He added: “That is true both as to the number and the balance and types of ships.
