AMERICAN INVENTION <ll a.m.) NEW YORK. Oct. 16. The Boston correspondent of the Associated Press says that Mr,.Eugene Wilson, president of the United Aircraft Company, claims , that Mr. Igor Sikorski and his staff have perfected a helicopter with a rotating wing aircraft capable of ascending and descending vertically, moving sideways, forwards or backwards, and hovering under complete control. It can be built with a bodv. A small car owner could, use it as a business car or aeroplane when the distance warranted.
