AMERICAN FOR.CES GERMAN OFFICIALS LEAVE (9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 18. United States troops have arrived in Liberia, the West African Republic. The United States representative left Liberia on Saturday after extensive discussions with the Libenan President, Mr. Edwin Barclay. The subject of the discussions’ were not disclosed, but probably the German Consul-General and staff will be requested to leave Liberia.
