CHINESE DIPLOMAT
GOING HOME FOR TALKS (11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 14. The Chinese Foreign Minister, Dr. T. V. Soong, conferred with President Roosevelt prior to his departure for China to report to Marshal Chiang Kai-Shek on the war situation. Dr. Soong may visit Moscow, and expects to return to Washington.
