NEW GERMAN PLANE

DIVE-BOMBER TYPE (11 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 14. The Russians report that the Germans are using a new type of plane, the Henschel 129, with ,two engines. Its functions correspond with those of the Stormovik. It is armed with 30 m.m. automatic cannon and two machineguns. Only the cockpit is armoured; the remainder of the plane is vulnerable, even to small arms fire from the ground. The speed is approximately 280 miles an hour and the plane carries 350 kilograms of bombs.
