RED CROSS AND ST. JOHN (British Official Wireless.) (9 a.m.) RUGBY, Oct. 13. The Red Cross and St. John Fund in the third year of the war collected £6,600,000, compared with £4,000,000 in the second year and £3,000,000 in the first year.
