SECOND-FRONT TALK
MR. WILLKIE’S PLANS (10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 14. Mr Wendell Willkie, who has visited the Middle East, China and Russia, told the New York Herald-Tribune that he intends to make a full, frank and candid report to the American people, possibly on the radio, discussing the second front and also the rules of censorship pertaining to news transmitted to America.
