TWO SOLDIERS and a bet Two soldiers, Trevor William Probert, aged 19, and -James "Oliver Howarth, aged’ 20,; charged ’ in Whangarei with wilfully damaging a padlock valued at -10 s, thereby committing mischief," were 'hgnded over to the military authorities for punishment.
