VOYAGES IN TASMAN Advice, has been received by the Auckland insurance offices that the schedule rate for voyages Ne\y Zealand to or from Australia is flow fixed at 4 per*'cent, the new rate operating forthwith. Previously there were two rates covering these areas. ■ Now Zealand to or. from Australia south of 20 degrees on the west- coast or 25 degrees on the east coast had a rate pf. 3 per cent. .For.voyages north of 20 degrees on the west coast or 25 degrees on the east coast a rate of a per cent was fixed in February last, but this was later cancelled and companies were free to hold cargoes covered by special arrangement.'; The latest rate of 4 per cent covers both these areas.
