PROTEST BY VICHY
R.A.F. ATTACK ON TRAIN (f, a m.) VICHY, Aug. 29. The Vichy Government has protested to Britain against an alleged Royal Air Force bombing attack yesterday on a passenger train at Men-ars, near Blois, in which 26 persons were killed and 56 injured.
