BONUS ON OUTPUT
BRITISH COAL MINERS (British Official Wireless.) (2 -p.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 30 The Government has accepted proposals for an output bonus. in the mining industry. The object of the scheme is to give additional remuneration to workers whenever the monthly output ol’ saleable coal in their districts exceeds the standard output for that district by at least 1 per cent The bonuses will range from 3d to 3s 9d per shift.
