PRIVATE CAR PETROL
SEPTEMBER RATION (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. There will be no change in the petrol ration for private car-owners for September. The Minister of Supply, the Hon. D. G. Sullivan; announced last night that the coupon will be redeemable fit half its face value.
