TURANGANUI GOLF
The finals for the Tauranganui Golf Club’s Hineikoia and Moanaroa Cups were played on the Tuoi golf links last weeke-nd and the results were:— Mouuaroa Cup.—Halbert beat N. Williams at the twentieth hole. Hineikoia Cup.—Miss Pitcher bent Mrs. Dewes, 3 and 2. The winner of the bogey match was D. Ross, all square. Miss Pitcher won the women's section 2 down. Over the weekend, G. Dewes. all square, was the winner, closely followed by A. Ogilvie, 1 down. Mrs. Reddoll was the best of the women with 3 down and Mrs. Halbert and Mrs. Dolman 4 down.
