EX-KING OF RUMANIA (Reed. Jan. 12, 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 10. It is stated that ex-King Carol of Rumania has been informed;-,it vvould be inadvisable for him to apply for a visa for entry into the United States as he presence would be embarrassing.
