TRADERS’ PROBLEMS
The impressment of motor-trucks used in the wholesale grocery trade in Auckland, the reduced allocations of petrol and the inundation of Warehouse' offices with orders from shopkeepers to replenish stocks after the holidays have combined to create chaotic conditions in business houses since they reopened on Monday. Merchants in commenting on the position said they were practically at their wits’ end to cope with the demands being made-on Them.
