MOBILISATION ORDER OPERATIVE FROM TO-DAY (Per Press Association.) . WELLINGTON, this day. A Gazette extraordinary issued yesterday gives effect under the defence emergency regulations to the complete mobilisation of the Territorial Force, National Military Reserve and the balance of men at present available for , the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force, as announced by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, about 10 days 'ago. Mobilisation is to be effective as from to-day, but will take a few days to complete. The following classes of men are involved: First, all Territorials organised in units at present, plus those others who have been called by ballot and have been passed medically fit; secondly, those men who have been called up for service overseas and who are waiting to ne called to camp are to be posted to the Territoral Force with certain exceptions who will receive special notice; thirdly, all members of the National Military Reserve who have been organised into units and who have not yet been called upon for full-time duty. .
