BAN ON COMMUNISTS
ACTION IN FRANCE (Reed. Dec. 28, 3 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 27. The French courts have ordered the seizure of the property of 41 unions and other organisations controlled by Communists. A total of 242 organisations affiliated with the Communist Party have been dissolved since the outbreak of the war.
