It >s stated that two New Zealanders qualified for the 8.L.H.. namely, E. P. I-laslatn (Auckland), of Ballioi College, whose subject was social studies, and L. F. Moller (Dunedin) of Rraseno.se. whose subject was inw. Two New Zealanders took first-class final honour school— Literap Fumamo-es, D. M. Davin (Otago). Ballioi; and J. D. Lewis (Auckland) Christ Church. The list of distinctions includes the names of R. S. Aitkcn. of Ballioi. director of the Institute of Medical Research. Hammersmith. London, and anointed reviiis profesr sor of medicine at the University of Aberdeen, and of J. A. Dunning, of New College, who is now principal 0 r Scots College. Warwick. Queensland. . , Publications mentioned are W. i. c Aircy’s (Merton) “Short History of New'Zealand," and “Britain and World Affairs, 1783-1936" (in collaboration with another): J. M.
