Holiday Traffic in Otago

More than 11,000 passengers were handled by the-railways at-Dunedin last week from Friday until Christmas Day. the peak day being Saturday, when more than 5000 travelled by rail. The Automobile Association reports that traffic by bus and car was exceptionally heavy, even for this season of the year. The greatest volume of traffic was, headed for the Centra! Otago and Queenstown district.
