ONE-DAY TOURNEY POVERTY BAY GREEN A one-day tournament organised on the Poverty Bay green was the only bowling fixture in progress in Gisborne to-day. Twenty-four rinks, including two teams from Tolaga Bay, participated. Several games in the first two rounds were drawn and in order not to delay the competition the play-ofl' was held over until later in the day.
