FOREIGN NEWSPAPERS (Reed. Dec. 26, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 22. Foreign newspapers printed in German have been banned. This particularly affects Swiss and Hungarian papers, which have had a large circulation in Germany since the outbreak of the war.
