NEW TRADE PACT
ITALY AND RUMANIA (Kloc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Dec. 22, 9 a.m.) ROME, Dec. 20. A, trade agreement between Italy and Rumania has been signed. , It is believed that Rumania will import more manufactures and reciprocally export more oil, wheat, and live stock. . Well-informed circles express the opinion’ that it may assist Italian diplomatic moves to help Bulgaria and Rumania to compose their differences over Dobrudja.
