MR. A. CAMPBELL (A'er rross Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage announced that the Governor-General, Viscount Galway ha-, appointed Mr. Archibald Campbell, of Port Chalmers, to the Legislative Council. lie represented Port Chalmers from 1935 to 1938.
