£IOO PENALTY IMPOSED SEVENTH APPEARANCE (Per Press Association.) WHANG ARE I, (his day. Charles Thomas Arthur Clarke, a dry cleaner was fined £IOO in the Police Court to-day for bookmaking. This was his seventh appearance before the court. He was fined £IOO last time, said the police, who described Clarke as the second biggest bookmaker in Whangarei. Allan Arthur Angelo and Denis Harold Maloney were each fined £2O
on similar charges.
