FESTIVE SEASON OPEN TILL 2 A.M. (Reed. Dec. 16, 1 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 15. Cafes, restaurants, dancing halls, theatres and cinemas will be allowed to remain open till 2 a.m. on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
