TRAIN UNDER THAMES
JOURNEY BY MINISTER FLOOD PROTECTION (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGIBY, Dec. 15. The Minister of Transport, Captain D. Euan Wallace, to-day made a journey in the first train run under the Thames since the outbreak of war. He made an inspection of the flood protection work carried out in the underground railway system.
