I GERMAN CASUALTIES THIRTY-SIX LISTED (Reed. Dec. 18. 2.20 0.m.l LONDON, Dec. IT. A Berlin message says that the German High Command to-day published the casualties suffered by the crew of the Graf von Spec in the South Atlantic battle with the British cruisers. It is stated that 3(1 were ! killed, six seriously injured and 53 slightly wounded.
