LOSS OF 129 LIVES

DESTROYER'S COLLISION \ (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 16. The Admiralty to-night published a list, which is “now believed to be complete,” of casualties suffered by the 'oss of the destroyer H.M S. Duchess following a collision. The list contains the names of six officers and 123 ratings.
