TRIBUTE TO OLD BOY SERVICE FOR COUNTRY A tribute to the memory of an old boy of the school, Pilot Officer Keith Hamilton,' who recently lost his life while on service with the Royal Air Force, was paid by Mr. H. L. Primrose, chairman of the (Mangapapa School Committee, at the breaking-up ceremony at the school yesterday. Mr. Primrose expressed sympathy with tho relatives of the deceased. Several members of the committee were present at the function and Mr. Primrose briefly addressed the pupils on school matters. He mentioned the possibility of the school losing some of its senior teachers in the near future and in the event of their not returning in the new year he desired to express good wishes for their future success, success. • ' The presentation of the dux medal awarded to Alva Morrison and the school certificates was made by Mr. Primrose. The committee provided a treat for the children.
