Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 12. The taking of evidence before the tribunal inquiring into the loss of the British submarine Thetis, which was lost on her trials, was concluded today.

The tribunal will meet again tomorrow to hear observations from the Attorney-General, Sir Donald Somervell, and counsel appearing for the various interests. It is expected that this stage will be completed on Thursday and thereafter Mr. Justice Bicknell will adjourn to prepare the report on all the circumstances surrounding the loss of the submarine in her triSTs last summer and the subsequent attempts to save the lives ot those in the ship.
