TOLL IN GERMANY LOSS OF 132 LIVES (Reed. Dec. 14, 9 a.m.) 'LONDON, Dec. 13. The Berlin (correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain reports that 17 persons were killed and 41 injured in a collision between passenger trains at Hagen, in the northwest of Germany. This marked the seventh serious railway accident in Germany during the war. As a result of the various smashes 132 persons have been killed and 157 injured. '
