Firewood Store
An application for permission to erect a corrugated iron lean-to to a brick building in the business area for the purpose of storing firewood was granted by the Gisborne Borough Council last night, the building to remain at the pleasure of the council. The works committee reported that the building was surrounded by brick buildings, and in the opinion of the committee the fire risk was negligible.
