A communique states that the Fascist Grand Council re-affirmed Italy’s neutrality and also that ItalianGerman relations remain those established by the pact of alliance and by exchanges which have since occurred between the two countries. The communique says that Signor Mussolini addressed the Fascist Grand Council for an hour and a half.
