RICKSHAW OWNERS GRATITUDE TCK BRITAIN (Reed. Dec. 7, 2.45 p.m.) SINGAPORE, Dec. C. The latest contribution to the Malaya patriotic fund is £2OO from the Singapore Rickshaw Owners’ Association, the majority of whom are not British subjects. An accompanying ' letter stales: “This is .a measure playing 6'ur part as citizens of this colony and towards expressing our gratitude for the kind treatment received at the hands of the British Government. We hope that such a small sum will not be despised.” -
